If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. Use of the Service
Stream Marketer is designed to help creators manage growth marketing tasks such as content clipping/editing, scheduling and posting, micro-advertising, raid/collab coordination, and trend-based marketing workflows.
You agree to:
Use the Service legally and responsibly
Not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service, including attempting to overload, spam, or bypass security
Not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or exploit the Service, its code, or its design (except where permitted by law)
Not use the Service to violate the rules, policies, or terms of any third-party platform you connect (e.g., streaming, social, or advertising platforms)
3. User accounts
When you create an account, you must:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Keep your login details secure
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security, legal, or operational risk.
4. Your content and permissions
To provide the Service, Stream Marketer may process content you upload or connect (such as videos, streams, clips, captions, thumbnails, post text, and related metadata).
You represent and warrant that:
You own your content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it with the Service
Your content and use of the Service do not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
License to operate the Service: You grant Stream Marketer a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, edit, format, reproduce, and display your content only as necessary to provide and improve the Service (for example: generating clips, creating drafts, posting to connected platforms at your direction, and producing analytics).
You can revoke permissions by disconnecting linked accounts or deleting your account, subject to any required retention described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Personal data
Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using Stream Marketer, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or publicly distribute our materials (except where explicitly permitted)
Sell, rent, or sublicense access to the Service
Use our name, logo, or assets without prior written permission
7. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep Stream Marketer available at all times, but we cannot guarantee:
Zero downtime or uninterrupted access
Immediate bug fixes
That any specific feature will remain available permanently
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
8. AI features and generated outputs
Stream Marketer may use AI systems (“AI Agents”) to automate growth tasks such as clipping, editing, captioning, scheduling, trend workflows, and marketing recommendations.
You understand and agree that:
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific needs
You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs (including clips, captions, titles, thumbnails, targeting, budgets, and scheduling) before publishing or spending money, where applicable
The Service does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice
You use AI-generated suggestions and outputs at your own discretion and risk.
9. Advertising and spend authorization (Micro Advertising)
If you use micro-advertising features, you understand that:
You are responsible for any budgets, bids, spend limits, and campaign settings you choose

Third-party ad platforms and marketplaces may apply additional terms, policies, fees, and review processes
You authorize Stream Marketer to create, manage, optimize, pause, or adjust campaigns only within the permissions and limits you set (such as budget caps and targeting rules)
You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.
10. Limitation of liability
Stream Marketer is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream Marketer is not responsible for:
Loss of data, revenue, profits, viewers, followers, or business opportunities
Inaccurate AI outputs, recommendations, or analytics
Posting mistakes, delays, failed uploads, or missed scheduling windows
Ad spend outcomes, campaign results, or audience targeting performance
Service interruptions, bugs, security incidents, or platform downtime outside our control
Any outcomes related to how you use the Service
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
11. Third-party services
We may integrate with third-party tools and platforms (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, social networks, streaming services, ad platforms, payment processors). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of those services is governed by their terms.
Stream Marketer is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, actions, or changes.
12. Termination
You may stop using Stream Marketer at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we are required to do so by law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms) will survive.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
