Refund Policy

Stream Marketer offers subscriptions and/or credit-based purchases that may be used to access features and compute-intensive services (the “Credits”). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Overview

Because Stream Marketer provides digital services that may involve immediate access to features and non-refundable compute costs, refund eligibility depends on whether Credits have been used.

2. No refunds after Credits are used

All purchases are final once any Credit is used.
This includes (but is not limited to) Credits used for:

  • AI processing (e.g., clipping, editing, caption generation, thumbnails)

  • Automated posting workflows

  • Trend monitoring workflows

  • Raid/collab matching workflows

  • Micro-advertising setup/optimization actions

  • Any other compute-based features

Compute costs are incurred at the time of use and are non-refundable, so we cannot provide refunds for purchases where Credits have been partially or fully used.

3. Refunds before Credits are used

If you purchased Credits and have not used any of them, you may request a refund within [X days] of purchase.

If approved:

  • The payment will be refunded to the original payment method, and

  • The unused Credits will be removed from your account.

4. Subscriptions

If Stream Marketer offers subscriptions, the following applies:

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, unless required by law.

  • If your subscription includes Credits, the “no refunds after Credits are used” rule still applies.

  • You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund a current billing period.

5. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Billing errors caused by Stream Marketer

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend or restrict access to your account while we investigate. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve billing issues quickly.

7. How to request a refund

  • Date of purchase

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
