At Stream Marketer, we are committed to providing powerful tools and services to help streamers grow their channels and engage their audiences efficiently. Our goal is to deliver valuable marketing and content creation support using AI-driven features and industry-proven strategies.
Refund Eligibility
Because our platform utilizes AI agents, connectors to external APIs, and resources that are consumed upon use, we have a no-refund policy for the following services once they have been accessed or activated:
- Content Creation & Clip Generation
- Any usage of our video ingestion and clip creation tools that generates or schedules content (whether for social media, programmatic ads, or other purposes) will be considered a consumed service. No refunds will be provided for these features once utilized.
- Active Marketing Campaigns
- Any initiated marketing campaign (including programmatic ads, social media posts, and targeted audience outreach) that has been deployed will be non-refundable. This includes campaigns that are in progress or have completed.
- Social Media Management
- Use of our social media scheduling and management tools will be considered as a consumed service. Once a post is scheduled or a campaign is launched, the service cannot be reversed, and no refund will be issued.
- Insights and Analytics
- Access to our streaming content insights, sentiment analysis, and audience data reporting also consumes paid resources. Once these insights are generated, they are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- If you have not accessed any of the paid services or features within your subscription.
- If there is a proven technical issue on our end that prevented you from accessing any of the services or features.
Subscription Plans
For users subscribed to recurring plans, we encourage you to cancel your subscription before your renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service. Refunds for partial months or unused time on the subscription will not be provided once the renewal has been processed.
